Smoothie can be a Quick & Easy way to nourish the body with essential nutrients. Depending on one’s needs, a smoothie can serve as a meal, a snack, or a dessert. It can also serve to boost calories, promote balance, and enhance bowel regularity.

When making a smoothie, there are 5 considerations:

  1. Type of Liquid Used
  2. Type of Fruit/Vegetable Used
  3. Color
  4. Taste
  5. Safety
